The Scottish Approach to Change is a practical, evidence-based framework created by Healthcare Improvement Scotland. On Monday 19 January, our team leading the Scottish Approach to Change hosted an introductory webinar for those interested in delivering effective change.
Scottish Approach to Change Launch Event
The Scottish Approach to Change has been developed by Healthcare Improvement Scotland in response to a commission from Scottish Government to help organisations deliver the significant changes required by the Health and Social Care Service Renewal Framework. On Friday 21 November, we hosted an in person launch.
