On Tuesday 24 March 2026 to our Scottish Patient Safety Programme team (SPSP)  hosted an event exploring how the Scottish Approach to Change and human factors can support boards in delivering change across the SPSP Adults in Hospital programme.

This event, intended for clinical front-line staff and quality improvement (QI) colleagues, aimed to:

  • share key learnings from readiness for change and system understanding

  • provide networking opportunities across workstreams and the wider programme
