  1. To operate an independent clinic between the hours of 07:00 – 21:00 Monday to Sunday.
  2. The service shall ensure that staff possessing the appropriate skills, training and experience are provided in sufficient numbers to ensure the safety and welfare of all service users.
  3. Service users must be treated individually. Group treatments are not permitted.
  4. The provider must not allow service users to consume alcohol while in receipt of health care.
  5. No animals or pets are permitted in the area where the service is provided, with the exception of service animals.
  6. No treatments or procedures will be carried out using any form of sedation or general anaesthesia.
