Conditions of registration

  1. The service will only operate between the hours of 07:00 and 21:00 Monday to Sunday except for the provision of emergency care.
  2. The service will treat service users aged from birth.
  3. The service will provide dental services.
  4. The service shall ensure that staff possessing the appropriate skills, training and experience are provided in sufficient numbers to ensure the safety and welfare of all service users.
  5. Service users must be treated individually. Group treatments are not permitted.
  6. The provider must not allow service users to consume alcohol while in receipt of health care.
  7. No animals or pets in the area where the service is provided, with the exception of service animals.
  8. No treatments or procedures will be carried out using general anaesthesia.
  9. All children must be accompanied by a parent or guardian.
  10. If sedation is used, an appropriately trained second practitioner must be present who has the sole responsibility for the sedation.
  11. No prescribing of cannabis-based medicinal products.
