Second Reflective Practice Session

On Tuesday 14 July our second reflective practice session took place. The session gave members of the community the opportunity come together and explore real challenges involved in making change happen in health and social care. It offered a chance to learn from others, share experiences and consider possible next steps in the challenge presented.

We held a discussion on: 

Shifting change from being project based to everyday practice.
