Introducing the Scottish Approach to Change
On Monday 19 January, our team leading the Scottish Approach to Change hosted an introductory webinar for those interested in delivering effective change. This webinar was for people working across the health and social care system, including people working in health and care services, and third sector, independent and community organisations.
The Scottish Approach to Change is a practical, evidence-based framework created by Healthcare Improvement Scotland. This Approach:
- brings together proven methods and tools for managing quality and change, to support organisations to achieve effective transformation
- draws on real-world experience and good practice, making it relevant and actionable for those working at every level of the system
The Scottish Approach to Change resource is now available online
Whether you are leading large-scale organisational renewal or implementing smaller, focused projects, this approach provides a clear, structured way to do change well.
Watch the recording of our Launch Webinar to:
- discover how the Scottish Approach to Change can help organisations respond to challenges like Public Service Reform and NHS Renewal
- learn about the key components of the framework, which has been built on evidence and practical experience
- hear inspiring examples from people working in health and social care who are successfully using the Approach
