Medicines governance audit tool to support the registration of independent clinics in Scotland.
It is the responsibility of each service to ensure that they have:
- identified a named individual who is responsible and accountable for the safe, effective and secure use of medicines
- systems in place to support the safe, effective and secure use of medicines in the service
