Reflective Practice Session

On Wednesday 23 September, our third reflective practice session took place.

The session gave members of the community the opportunity come together and explore real challenges involved in making change happen in health and social care. It offered a chance to learn from others, share experiences and consider possible next steps in the challenge presented.

We held a discussion on:

How do we develop and design using the Scottish Approach to Change?

Thinking about a time you have designed a solution, come along ready to reflect on:

• how did you design it
• what did you learn
• how did you know you were ready to test it
