Summary
This Hospital at Home (H@H) progress update covers quarter 4 (January to March) of the 2025/26 financial year.
This report provides further information on what the programme is, and the role Healthcare Improvement Scotland (HIS) plays in supporting services. It includes data comparisons between the progress of H@H services last year versus this year, and also the capacity of H@H versus hospitals across Scotland.
This report also shares feedback from patients supported by H@H services, as well as updates of both adult and paediatric services. Lastly, the report provides an update for neonatal, paediatrics and adult services, and provides a summary on the site visits that took place this quarter.
