Summary
The Public Services Reform (Scotland) Act 2010 places a duty on all public bodies to publish expenditure information on:
- public relations
- overseas travel
- hospitality and entertainment
- external consultancy
- payments of more than £25,000
- staff remuneration in excess of £150,000
