Summary
This report presents findings from the eighth Citizens’ Panel survey carried out in November 2021.
The survey sought views and experiences on the following topics:
- Dentistry services
- Urgent care services
- Planned care services
- The remit of the Patient Safety Commissioner
Based on our findings we made 13 recommendations to the Scottish Government, General Dental Council, NHS dental services, NHS boards and the Patient Safety Commissioner.
