• learn about working together to create change momentum – how to create systems and structures that bring you together instead of keeping you apart
• understand how to use governance to build change momentum – working with your NHS non-executive directors and IJB members
• discuss the topic in further detail in breakout groups of your peers

This webinar is for members of the Scottish Approach to Change Learning Community – anyone interested in delivering effective change across the health and social care system, including people working in health and care services, and third sector, independent, and community organisations.
