What we’re looking for
We welcome case studies that:
- show how you have used the Scottish Approach to Change in practice
- focus on the change cycle as a whole, or on a particular step or enabler of change
- explain what worked well, or how you’ve overcome challenges
- show the impact that using the Scottish Approach to Change has had

You can use this template to describe:
- how you followed all the steps of change as you worked through the change cycle, or to drill down into one step in particular
- how your change benefitted from having all of the enablers of change in place, or to drill down into one enabler in particular
You do not have to complete all sections of the template, just those that help you to tell your story.
