Our learning community aims to support change across health and social care.
We aim to do this by:
- helping members build knowledge, understanding, and confidence when delivering change
- creating a safe space to share experiences of change, overcome challenges, and seek help from peers
- facilitating connections and enabling you to identify and connect with others working on similar issues
- supporting collaboration across different change disciplines
- embedding the ethos of the Scottish Approach to Change across health and social care
Who is it for
The Scottish Approach to Change Learning Community is for anyone leading or participating in change across health and social care. Including people delivering health and social care services within:
- NHS boards
- Health and social care partnerships
- third sector
- independent sector
- community sector
Particularly, people working in:
- quality improvement
- service design
- strategic planning
- engagement
- project management
- organisational development
