Transformational Change Mental Health Reform Programme

Within the Transformational Change Mental Health Reform Programme we are working to improve local mental health support and services in Scotland. We are doing this this by building on the learning from the Early Intervention in Psychosis (EIP) and Personality Disorder (PD) programmes of work.

We provide tools and resources to help boards increase the likelihood of people with complex mental health needs getting well and staying well.

We are doing this in several ways, such as:

  • helping people access support more quickly
  • working with local teams to develop new pathways of care
  • supporting the confidence of staff to work with people with complex mental health needs
