Single Point of Contact Network
Healthcare Improvement Scotland have launched a MS Teams network for those working within SPoC services. This network is available to staff including but not limited to, navigator roles, SPoC team leads and clinical and medical staff.
The network provides a closed space to:
- access the Guiding Principles and scalability assessment
- share resources such as tools, processes and job descriptions
- make connections and network with peers across Scotland
