- Whether your organisation holds any records of Dr Simcik providing clinical services within Scotland.
- Whether your organisation holds any records of Dr Simcik being authorised to perform surgical procedures.
- Whether your organisation holds any records of Dr Simcik being associated with any regulated provider.

We have searched our most relevant information assets and have not located any relevant records. Healthcare Improvement Scotland does not hold the information you seek in relation to questions 1 and 2.
