Conditions of registration

1. The service will operate as a private psychiatric hospital which will comply with current mental health legislation.
2. To provide a range of mental health care and low secure accommodation and rehabilitation facilities.
3. No one under the age of 16 years to be seen or treated on the premises
4. Service users under 18 years old may only be treated on an individual basis after prior agreement with Healthcare Improvement Scotland and other relevant services.
   To provide a maximum of 21 in-patient places.
5. A registered medical practitioner supported by a consultant psychiatrist to be on call over 24 hours.
6. To provide 24 hour nursing care.
7. The service shall ensure that staff possessing the appropriate skills, training and experience are provided in sufficient numbers to ensure the safety and welfare of all service users.
