Conditions of registration
- To operate an independent clinic between the hours of 07:00 – 21:00 Monday to Sunday.
- The service will only treat service users aged 18 or over.
- No Intense Pulse Light (IPL) treatments or procedures will be carried out.
- The service will provide non-surgical treatments and minor surgical procedures.
- The service shall ensure that staff possessing the appropriate skills, training and experience are provided in sufficient numbers to ensure the safety and welfare of all service users.
- The provider must not allow service users to consume alcohol while in receipt of health care.
- No animals or pets are permitted in the area where the service is provided, with the exception of service animals.
- No treatments or procedures will be carried out using any form of sedation or general anaesthesia.
