Conditions of registration

  1. To operate an independent clinic between the hours of 0700 – 2100 Monday – Sunday.
  2. The service will only treat service users aged 2 years old or older.
  3. All children must be accompanied by a parent or guardian.
  4. The service will provide non-surgical treatments.
  5. The service shall ensure that staff possessing the appropriate skills, training and experience are provided in sufficient numbers to ensure the safety and welfare of all service users.
  6. Service users must be treated individually. Group treatments are not permitted.
  7. The provider must not allow service users to consume alcohol while in receipt of health care.
  8. No animals or pets are permitted in the area where the service is provided, with the exception of service animals.
  9. No Intense Pulse Light (IPL) treatments or procedures will be carried out.
  10. No laser treatments or procedures will be carried out.
