Conditions of registration

  1. To operate an independent clinic.
  2. The service must only operate between the hours of 07:00 – 21:00 Monday – Sunday.
  3. The service will treat service users aged from birth.
  4. The service must only provide non surgical procedures namely GP consultations, health screening, phlebotomy, flu, shingles and HPV immunisations, child immunisations, Independent Occupational, Health Assessments, DVLA driver medicals and UKOG medicals.
  5. The provider must not allow the provision of general or cosmetic dentistry, including teeth whitening.
  6. The provider must not allow any laser or intense pulse light treatments or procedures to be carried out.
  7. The provider must not allow the prescribing of controlled drugs.
  8. The provider must not allow the prescribing of cannabis-based medicinal products.
  9. The provider must not allow any treatments or procedures to be carried out using any form of sedation or general anaesthesia.
  10. The service shall ensure that staff possessing the appropriate skills, training and experience are provided in sufficient numbers to ensure the safety and welfare of all service users.
  11. Service users must be treated individually. Group treatments are not permitted.
  12. The provider must not allow service users to consume alcohol while in receipt of health care.
  13. The provider must ensure that all healthcare professionals working in the service have a licence to practice in the United Kingdom.
  14. No animals or pets in the area where the service is provided, with the exception of service animals.
  15. All children must be accompanied by a parent or guardian.
