Conditions of registration
- The service will only operate between the hours of 0700 and 2100 Monday to Sunday except for the provision of emergency care.
- The service will treat service users aged from birth.
- The service will only provide general dentistry, cosmetic dentistry including dental implants and non-surgical aesthetic treatments.
- Treatments can be provided under IV sedation with midazolam or inhalation sedation with nitrous oxide and oxygen with an appropriately trained sedation team.
- The service will provide prescription only treatments and medical device treatments to adults aged 18 and over.
- The service shall ensure that staff possessing the appropriate skills, training and experience are provided in sufficient numbers to ensure the safety and welfare of all service users.
- Service users must be treated individually. Group treatments are not permitted.
- The provider must not allow service users to consume alcohol while in receipt of health care.
- No animals or pets in the area where the service is provided, with the exception of service animals.
- No laser treatments or procedures will be carried out.
- No Intense Pulse Light (IPL) treatments or procedures will be carried out.
