Conditions of registration

1. The service will only operate between the hours of 0700 and 2100 Monday to Sunday except for the provision of emergency care.
2. The service will treat service users aged from birth.
3. The service will only provide general dentistry, cosmetic dentistry including dental implants and non-surgical aesthetic treatments.
4. Treatments can be provided under IV sedation with midazolam or inhalation sedation with nitrous oxide and oxygen with an appropriately trained sedation team.
5. The service will provide prescription only treatments and medical device treatments to adults aged 18 and over.
6. The service shall ensure that staff possessing the appropriate skills, training and experience are provided in sufficient numbers to ensure the safety and welfare of all service users.
7. Service users must be treated individually. Group treatments are not permitted.
8. The provider must not allow service users to consume alcohol while in receipt of health care.
9. No animals or pets in the area where the service is provided, with the exception of service animals.
10. No laser treatments or procedures will be carried out.
11. No Intense Pulse Light (IPL) treatments or procedures will be carried out.
