Conditions of registration

1. The Service will only operate between the hours of 0700 and 2100 Monday to Sunday except for the provision of emergency care.
2. The service will provide dental services.
3. No laser treatments or procedures will be carried out.
4. No Intense Pulse Light (IPL) treatments or procedures will be carried out.
5. No treatments or procedures will be carried out using any form of sedation or general anaesthesia.
6. The service will not undertake imaging using cone beamed computerised tomography.
7. The service will treat service users aged 15 years or over.
8. All children must be accompanied by a parent or guardian.
9. Service users must be treated individually. Group treatments are not permitted.
10. The service shall ensure that staff possessing the appropriate skills, training and experience are provided in sufficient numbers to ensure the safety and welfare of all service users.
11. The provider must not allow service users to consume alcohol while in receipt of health care.
12. No animals or pets in the area where the service is provided, with the exception of service animals..
