Conditions of registration

1. To operate an independent clinic between the hours of 07:00 – 21:00 Monday – Sunday.
2. The service will treat service users aged 16 or over.
3. The service will provide prescription only treatments and medical device treatments to adults aged 18 and over.
4. The service will only provide non-surgical treatments.
5. The service shall ensure that staff possessing the appropriate skills, training and experience are provided in sufficient numbers to ensure the safety and welfare of all service users.
6. Service users must be treated individually. Group treatments are not permitted.
7. The provider must not allow service users to consume alcohol while in receipt of health care.
8. No animals or pets in the area where the service is provided, with the exception of service animals.
9. No Intense Pulse Light (IPL) treatments or procedures will be carried out.
10. No controlled drugs.
