Conditions of registration
1. The service will provide general dentistry, cosmetic dentistry including dental implants and non-surgical aesthetic treatments.
2. The service will only operate between the hours of 07:00 and 21:00.
3. No laser treatments or procedures will be carried out.
4. No Intense Pulse Light (IPL) treatments or procedures will be carried out.
5. No prescribing of cannabis-based medicinal products.
6. Treatment can be provided under IV sedation with midazolam with an appropriately trained sedation team.
7. If sedation is used, an appropriately trained second practitioner must be present who has the sole responsibility for the sedation.
8. No treatments or procedures will be carried out using deep sedation or any form of general anaesthesia.
9. The service will treat service users aged from birth.
10. The service will provide non-surgical aesthetic treatments to adults aged 18 and over only.
11. Service users must be treated individually. Group treatments are not permitted unless treatment involves family dental care.
12. The service shall ensure that staff possessing the appropriate skills, training and experience are provided in sufficient numbers to ensure the safety and welfare of all service users.
13. The provider must not allow service users to consume alcohol while in receipt of health care.
14. No animals or pets in the area where the service is provided, with the exception of service animals.
15. All children must be accompanied by a parent or guardian.
