Conditions of registration

1. To operate an independent clinic between 07:00 – 21:00 Monday to Sunday.
2. The service will provide non-surgical treatments and minor surgical procedures.
3. The service shall ensure that staff possessing the appropriate skills, training and experience are provided in sufficient numbers to ensure the safety and welfare of all service users.
4. Service users must be treated individually. Group treatments are not permitted.
5. The provider must not allow service users to consume alcohol while in receipt of health care.
6. No animals or pets in the area where the service is provided, with the exception of service animals.
7. No laser treatments or procedures will be carried out.
8. No Intense Pulse Light (IPL) treatments or procedures will be carried out.
9. The service will treat male service users aged from birth.
10. The service will only provide treatments on the head or neck to female service users aged 18 years or over.
