Conditions of registration

1. The provider will operate an independent clinic.
2. The service must only operate between the hours of 0700 and 2100 Monday to Sunday, except for the provision of emergency care.
3. The provider must only allow non-surgical treatments, namely mental health care for the treatment of general psychiatry including rTms therapy.
4. The service shall ensure that staff possessing the appropriate skills, training and experience are provided in sufficient numbers to ensure the safety and welfare of all service users.
5. The provider must ensure that all healthcare professionals working in the service have a license to practice in the United Kingdom.
6. The provider must not allow any laser or intense pulsed light treatments or procedures.
7. The provider must not allow the provision of dental treatments including dental hygiene treatments, dental implants, tooth whitening and orthodontics.
8. The provider must not allow the prescribing of cannabis-based medicinal products.
9. The provider must not allow the prescribing of controlled drugs.
10. The provider must only treat patients individually, group treatments are not permitted.
11. The provider must not allow service users to consume alcohol while in receipt of health care.
12. No animals or pets in the area where the service is provided, with the exception of service animals.
