Conditions of registration

  1. The provider will operate an independent clinic.
  2. The service must only operate between the hours of 0800 and 2100 Monday to Sunday, except for the provision of emergency care.
  3. The provider must only allow non-surgical treatments namely facial aesthetics, menopause consultations, platelet rich plasma procedures, removal of benign skin lesions, and Votiva FormaV. The provider must only allow minor surgical procedures, namely radiofrequency assisted liposuction to the face, neck and body.
  4. The provider must not allow any laser or intensed pulsed light treatments or procedures to be carried out.
  5. The provider must not allow the provision of dental treatments including dental hygiene treatments, dental implants, tooth whitening and orthodontics.
  6. The provider must not allow the prescribing of controlled drugs.
  7. The provider must not allow the prescribing of cannabis-based medicinal products.
  8. The provider must not allow any treatments or procedures to be carried out using any form of sedation or general anaesthesia.
  9. The provider must only treat service users aged 18 or over.
  10. The provider must not allow children under the age of 18 to be present during any consultations, treatments or procedures.
  11. The provider must ensure that staff posing the appropriate skills, training and experience are provided in sufficient numbers to ensure the safety and welfare of the patients.
  12. The provider must ensure that all healthcare professional working in the service have a license to practice in the United Kingdom.
  13. The provider must only treat patients individually, group treatments are not permitted.
  14. The provider must not allow service users to consume alcohol while in receipt of health care.
  15. The provider must not allow animals or pets in the area where the treatments are provided, except for service animals.
