Conditions of registration

1. The service will only operate between the hours of 0700 – 2100 Monday to Sunday.
2. The service will treat service users aged 16 or over.
3. The service shall ensure that staff possessing the appropriate skills, training and experience are provided in sufficient numbers to ensure the safety and welfare of all service users.
4. The service will provide non-surgical and minor surgical treatments.
5. Service users must be treated individually. Group treatments are not permitted.
6. The provider must not allow service users to consume alcohol while in receipt of health care.
7. No animals or pets are permitted in the area where the service is provided, with the exception of service animals.
8. The service will provide prescription only treatments and medical device treatments to adults aged 18 and over.
