Under the Freedom of Information (Scotland) Act 2002, I would like to request the following information held by Healthcare Improvement Scotland:
1) Whether the company “EUROPEAN SPINAL SERVICE LTD” (Companies House No. 7430071) has ever been registered with Healthcare Improvement Scotland as a healthcare provider in Scotland.
2) If yes, please confirm which regulated activities were authorised, specifically whether any form of surgical procedures was included.
3) Whether Healthcare Improvement Scotland has ever registered any provider where the following individual was listed as a “registered manager”, “nominated individual”, or responsible person:
