Prototyping and testing

On Tuesday 13 October, we will be hosting our fourth reflective practice session for the Scottish Approach to Change Learning Community from 12:00pm-1:00pm.

 

During this session, you will get the chance:

• to take part in an informal, bite-size session over lunch
• for real peer-to-peer contact and learning during the session
• to reflect with each other on your experiences

The topic for this session is:

 

How do we prototype and test a change idea?

 

Thinking about a previous test of change you have been a part of, come along ready to reflect on:

• What has worked in terms of planning?
• What has worked to monitor the progress?
• What helped communicate the impact?
