On Wednesday 23 September, we will be hosting our third reflective practice session for the Scottish Approach to Change Learning Community from 12pm-1pm.

During this session, you will get the chance:

• to take part in an informal, bite-size session over lunch
• for real peer-to-peer contact and learning during the session
• to reflect with each other on your experiences

 

The topic for this session is:

How do we develop and design using the Scottish Approach to Change?

Thinking about a time you have designed a solution, come along ready to reflect on:

• how did you design it
• what did you learn
• how did you know you were ready to test it
