Join us on Tuesday 3 March 2026 for our next Q Scotland annual online collaboration event. The theme for this year’s event is “Learning from successful change and strengthening relationships for high quality care”.

Register by 12 noon on Monday 2 March. 

At this event, we aim to:

  • showcase practical improvement projects and alternative change methodologies
  • identify ‘how’ we can optimise enablers of change for success
  • strengthen cross-sector relationships that accelerate change
  • shape the future direction/priorities of the Q Scotland community

  • Scottish Approach to Change (Callum Alexander and Chamithri Greru, Healthcare Improvement Scotland)
  • Patient Eco-system mapping (Jonathan O’Reilly, Golden Jubilee  and Tom Inns, CoFink)
  • Active Visiting – a falls prevention initiative in a care setting (June McGill, Care Inspectorate and Matt Gallagher, Clackmannanshire & Stirling HSCP)
  • Mid Argyll, Kintyre and the Islands Network (Hilda Campell, COPE Scotland)
  • DR HOPE – Reducing Drug-Related Harm by Proactive Outreach in the Emergency Department (Michelle Beattie, University of the Highland and Islands)
