Conditions of registration
- The provider will operate an independent clinic.
- The service [must only operate between the hours of 0700 and 2100 Monday to Sunday, except for the provision of emergency care] [must only operate between the hours of 0700 and 2300 except for the provision of emergency care] [will operate 24hrs Monday to Sunday].
- The provider must only allow non-surgical treatments, namely [facial and body aesthetic treatments] [wellness injections and IV therapy treatments] [weight loss treatments with GLP1 medication].
- The provider must not allow any laser or intense pulsed light treatments or procedures to be carried out.
- The provider must not allow the provision of dental treatments (including dental hygiene treatments, dental implants, tooth whitening and orthodontics).
- The provider must not allow any ionising radiation exposures to be carried out.
- The provider must not allow the prescribing of controlled drugs.
- The provider must not allow the prescribing of cannabis-based medicinal products.
- The provider must not allow any treatments or procedures to be carried out using any form of sedation or general anaesthesia.
- The provider must only treat service users aged 18 or over.
- The provider must ensure that staff possess the appropriate skills, knowledge and experience and that they are provided in sufficient numbers to ensure the safety and welfare of patients, the public and wider workforce.
- The provider must ensure that staff requiring to be registered by a professional regulating body are actively registered.
- The provider must only treat patients individually, group treatments are not permitted.
- The provider must not allow service users to consume alcohol while in receipt of health care.
- The provider must not allow animals or pets in the area where the treatments are provided, except for service animals.
