Summary
Reducing Harm, Improving Care engaged with people with lived and living experience of alcohol and drug use, homelessness, family members and third sector organisations. This report describes our approach and how people were able to share their views in ways that worked for them. Their feedback helped shape future improvements to services.
What we learned from this work was used to develop a checklist for involving people with lived and living experience in the redesign of alcohol, drug and homelessness services. The checklist is included in this report.
