On 31 October 2023 Stephanie Stewart, Senior Improvement Advisor, Healthcare Improvement Scotland, hosted the fifth MAT Standards national webinar focusing on the importance of putting people at the centre of everything we do so that people are empowered in their recovery journey. We discussed:
- Lomond & Argyll Advocacy Service (LAAS) Rights and Recovery Project,
- Resources for trauma informed training in substance use and mental health,
- Building an individual’s pathway to recovery.
Tamara Thorne, Senior researcher with the Substance Use Analysis Team at Scottish Government spoke briefly also to share details of their stabilisation consultation survey.
