During January 2025 NHS Borders held an engagement exercise called “Our Future Direction”. They engaged with over 1000 people including over 700 members of the public and used a variety of methods to do so. Join us to hear from Clare Oliver, Head of Communications and Engagement along with other members of the strategy team. Clare will talk about the different methods used to engage with people, the outcomes of the engagement and how the findings were used to influence the NHS Borders Organisational Strategy for 2025-2030.
