Summary
We carried out an announced inspection to Superdrug Nurse Clinic (Buchanan
Galleries) on Thursday 2 November 2023. We spoke with the service manager
and regional nurse manager during the inspection. We received feedback from
23 patients through an online survey we had asked the service to issue to its
patients for us before the inspection.
Superdrug Nurse Clinic (Buchanan Galleries) is an independent clinic based in Glasgow providing non-surgical treatments.
Our Findings
This inspection resulted in two recommendations and two requirements.
