Summary
We carried out an announced inspection to Re3flection Ltd on Wednesday 18 May 2022. We spoke with the service manager, who is also the practitioner. We received feedback from 46 patients through an online survey we had asked the service to issue for us before the inspection. This was our first inspection to this
service.
Re3flection Ltd is an independent clinic based in Uddingston providing non-surgical treatments.
Our Findings
This inspection resulted in eight recommendations and three requirements.
