Resource library
The resource library supports the Guiding Principles and Scalability Assessment. It will also provide resources for services who want to develop SPoC or for existing services to extend their current offering.
Services currently delivering SPoC have kindly shared locally designed useful templates and guidance, which can be adapted for local use. This includes:
- SOPs
- job descriptions
- triage tools
- other useful documents
Your teams can access these documents to help the development of new services.
